The investiture ceremony is the school’s first step in imparting leadership skills to students. The indomitable spirit of young talented leaders of Olympus High was commemorated by means of a virtual Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2021-2022.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome speech followed by the school song. The middle school coordinator Ms. Mitu Chakraborty called the newly appointed prefects and bestowed them with their respective responsibilities.
In this virtual ceremony, the parents had the proud moment of pinning their wards with badges at home. Owais Matloob was presented with the title of the Head Boy while Nishtha Chaudhary was announced as the Head Girl. Raghvi Lohani and Siddhant Jaiswal were appointed as House Prefects of Yajur House, Samriddhi Saini and Raunak Singh as House prefects of Saam House, Sukriti Sah and Abhimanyu Zinta as House prefects of Atharva House, Manya Kashyap and Shivam Sangwal as House prefects of Rig House. Rhythm Pandey was appointed as Discipline Head and Digvijay Singh Pundir as Editorial Head.
The young leaders from primary section- Ananya Nautiyal from Yajur House, Abhimanyu Singh from Saam House, Aditya Rana from Atharva House and Vaishnavi Singal from Rig House were appointed as Junior House prefects.
The occasion was graced with the presence of the respected Managing Director, Dr. Kunal Shamshere Malla, Principal Dr. Anuradha Malla and respective coordinators. The Managing Director pledged the oath to the newly elected school council members. The Managing Director and the Principal congratulated the newly appointed school council members and urged them to take up the responsibilities entrusted onto them.
The program culminated with a Vote of Thanks by the Vice Principal, Mr. Manpreet Singh.
