Imprest money is advance for student’s personal expenses . The school will furnish a six monthly expenses statement and expenses incurred during the elapsed term shall be made up so as to maintain the imprest money. CLASS III TO VIII ( 30,000/-)

 

CLASS IX TO XII   ( 50,000/-)

Minimum balance of Rs .10,000/- to be maintained at any given point of time during the academic year .

  • Textbooks
  • Stationary
  • House party
  • Educational tours / field trips
  • Adventure camps / treks
  • Telephone / photocopy
  • House fund
  • Personal requirements viz toiletries , repair to personal belongings , vandalism etc .
  • Sports kit , special sports and activity
  • Medical requirements through referrals / specialized medical treatments etc .
  • Academic activities outside of the standard curriculum special tuition
  • Escort changes for students travelling home for vacation and otherwise
  • Medical insurance
  • CBSE Board Examination fee
  • Tuck shop and food court expenses
  • Expenses for shooting and external sports events / camps /ISSO games
  • Postages
  • Picnics
  • ERP charges
  • Ambulance charges
  • Annual day charges
  • Sports camp charges
  • Any other expenses not specifically included in the above list .
