A CBSE Capacity Building Programme for teachers of Classes VI–VIII was successfully organised at Olympus High with a meticulously planned, minute-to-minute schedule. The programme commenced with staff reporting, final logistical arrangements, and registration of participants from various schools.
The inaugural ceremony began with the traditional lamp-lighting, which was conducted by Managing Director Dr. Kunal Shamshere Malla, along with Director of Academics Dr. Anuradha Pundeer Malla, Vice Principal Ms. Archana, and other dignitaries, marking an auspicious beginning to the programme.
The distinguished resource persons for the workshop were Ms. Anju Tandon, Retired Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Mehta Vidyalaya, New Delhi, and Dr. Pratibha Kohli, Principal, Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Dakshini Pitampura, New Delhi. They were formally introduced and felicitated during the felicitation ceremony, and mementoes were presented as a token of appreciation.
A special welcome was extended to Mr. Manoj Kumar Tyagi, Joint Director, NCERT, Centre of Excellence, Dehradun. The dignitaries were felicitated by Managing Director Dr. Kunal Shamshere Malla and Director of Academics Dr. Anuradha Pundeer Malla.
The academic sessions were conducted in multiple interactive phases by the resource persons and were interspersed with tea and lunch breaks, ensuring active participation and meaningful interaction among the participants. The programme concluded with a valedictory interaction, feedback session, and formal closing, followed by post-event arrangements and photography coverage.
