“Drive As If Every Child on the Street Were Your Own.”

 

To educate students about traffic rules, signs and symbols, the Regional Transport Office (RTO), a government agency, observed “Road Safety in different schools.

The students of Olympus High actively participated in various activities during the month, such as Nukkad Natak (street play), Slogan Competition, and Painting/Drawing Competition. These activities aimed to instil awareness about road safety and responsible driving among students.

To conclude the month-long observance, Ms Anuradha Pant, a Transport Tax Officer, organized a Quiz Competition to highlight the importance of safe driving practices. The winners of the Quiz Competition and Slogan/Drawing Competition were awarded prizes in recognition of their efforts. Additionally, a distinguished guest was honoured with a memento during the event.

The programme was a huge success, leaving a lasting impact on students by reinforcing the significance of road safety.
