On October 25, 2025, students of Olympus High, attended a session at the 9th Valley of Words Literature and Arts Festival in Dehradun. The event, titled “Around the World with Nitin Gairola,” featured renowned world traveler Nitin Gairola in conversation with Ratna Manucha. The session was graced by the presence of the our Director of academics Dr. Anuradha Pundeer Malla.
The session began with an engaging slideshow showcasing Mr. Gairola’s extensive journeys through Earth’s most challenging and beautiful terrains, including glaciers, deserts and volcanoes. Mr. Gairola, one of India’s most traveled individuals, was introduced by Ms. Manucha, Principal of Little Flower School. The conversation was filled with humor and inspirational experiences from his travels, bringing smiles and a sense of wonder to the students.
The interactive format allowed for a lively exchange, with Mr. Gairola answering questions and sharing practical advice, encouraging students to broaden their horizons. The event concluded on an inspiring note, leaving the students with a renewed appreciation for the planet’s diversity and the boundless possibilities that travel offers for personal growth and understanding.
