With summer vacations ending, the clubs of Olympus High performed various activities. To beat the heat, the students of the Cooking club made chilled cold coffee using basic ingredients including coffee, sugar, ice, and milk under the guidance of their club incharge, Ms.Sarika and Ms.Poonam Arora. The students enjoyed the chilled coffee and were appreciated for their efforts.
Similarly, the Art and club students learned about the basics of shading portraits. They learned Pencil Drawing Shading Techniques. Students learned how they can do different shades like light shade, middle shade, and dark shade.
Students of the Science club performed an experiment to demonstrate that oxygen is necessary for combustion. They learned the basic principle of combustion followed by a stepwise procedure.
The Computer Club students learned M.S Excel and its formulas. Students learned to create a spreadsheet in Excel and also learned to formatted a spreadsheet. They learned different functions in Excel like auto sum (), sum(), min(), max(), average () , etc.
